I found the line quality in this photoshopped image to be of very high quality and raised major thought and creativity. There is an accumulation of shape, color, and line work that creates a lot of movement and emotion. There is barbed wire, a woman dressed in black and red, a city background, and a brick path with a sort of neon glow. I think this piece might be a social commentary on how women who dress like this are "banned" and looked down upon.
